The device sends its location over the mobile network. In an area with no signal the location cannot update; once back in coverage, the last known location refreshes.
Yes. The device is light enough for cats and small-breed dogs. For very young kittens and puppies we still recommend asking your vet.
No. The collar is a separate product. Premium is needed for the app's AI features, but it is not required for location tracking.
